个人简介:
2018年博士毕业于华中科技大学微电子学与固体电子学专业,2018-2021年于浙江大学信息与电子工程学院从事博士后工作,于2021年底进入欢迎来到公海555000任副教授。从事集成电路与数字系统设计方面的研究,主要方向为人工智能软硬件设计、高能效边缘处理器、以及3D芯片无线互连技术。先后参与了多个国自然基金面上项目、重点研发项目,科技部、浙江省重点研发项目,在其中多个项目中担任芯片设计部分负责人,主持开发了多款计算加速、工业控制处理器芯片。发表SCI论文、国际会议论文和中文核心期刊数十篇,曾获得CSTIC 2021最佳青年工程师论文奖。同时也是IEEE TCAD , Elsevier integration等期刊的审稿人,CSTIC ICITES等会议的技术委员会成员。
